I'm a qualified tutor with over 30 years experience in teaching and training. During this time I estimate that I've helped improve the skills of over 7000 people.
I love being able to help people learn new skills, especially with something they enjoy doing.
I realise that learning a new skill can sometimes be daunting and I specialise in being able to explain things to people in words that they understand, right from absolute beginners to those who have more knowledge and experience.
I've taught digital editing with Photoshop for over 20 years, from beginners to advanced level.
My short courses are informative and fun, combined with practical experience to help you learn the skills to help you take better pictures, or improve the images that you have taken.

I’ve just had a three hour DSLR beginner course with Michelle.
It was brilliant! An easy to follow presentation with lots of explanation. Some lightbulb moments definitely.
The walk to the memorial garden to put what I’d learned into practise was lovely and I got some nice photos with some excellent tips.
